The Ultra Discovery™ F1 automated optical inspection (AOI) system provides a new level of inspection for the most advanced FC-BGA and COF designs down to 7um line and space.
The Ultra VeriFine™-A verification system includes high power magnification using a microscope objective to enable fast and accurate verification of microscopic defects in FC-BGA IC substrate production down to 7 micron line width.
The Ultra PerFix™ automated optical repair (AOR) system ensures high quality, automatic repair of shorts on fine-line PCBs down to 10 micron lines, now making possible the saving of substrates that previously would have been scrapped.
